The Real Estate Association has recently begun its MLS tour for this year. Every year as an association, we have a tour in which agents get to show their properties to other agents. We find that as an association the tours have proven quite successful and beneficial, as it helps new agents to get to know the properties on the market, and also helps existing agents to familiarize themselves with the products. In turn, we as agents can better serve our real estate clients in the Turks & Caicos Islands.

The MLS tour usually consists of houses and condos, and can go on for a few weeks depending on the amount of listings to be viewed.
